Your role at Clorox:

The Field Sales Analyst is central to the daily operations of our cross functional Field Sales team. Partnering and supporting Account Managers, Shopper Experience, and Supply Chain this role is great for exposure to the fundamentals of sales.

In this role, you will:

  • Supports tools, processes and resources to support the Customer organization. Identifies opportunities to streamline and improve current processes.
  • Gathers data across a wide variety of platforms as needed. Develops key reports to monitor business performance and key trends. Analyzes data to identify opportunities and proactively communicates with team
  • Support sales in preparation for customer or internal meetings and special projects (if necessary). Support and organize resources required to support individual customers.
  • Navigates and populates customer worksheets and / or quote sheets with Clorox Data (Master Data)
  • Manage project budgets and mirror Exceedra inputs and updates

What we look for:

  • 2 years of CPG experience• Clorox external/internal Sales or equivalent experience desirable
  • High proficiency with MS office tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of Clorox processes, policies and systems
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal• Industry/external knowledge in area of expertise
  • Working with customer/field sales teams
  • Variety of information platforms; including Exceedra, Customer Portal

Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A: $71,300 - $130,600

Zone B: $65,400 - $119,700

Zone C: $59,500 - $108,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
