SUMMARY

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for the Dispatch Team’s day-to-day operations, which ensure that all booked orders are both fulfilled and executed beyond our customers' expectations. The Dispatch Team does this by maintaining all communication channels between individual Loaders and LoadUp, sourcing Loaders for jobs that are available, and collaborating with the customer service team to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service. WHAT YOU’LL OWN…

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field operations staff, including dispatchers and field operations agents.
  • Onboard and train team members to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
  • Manage daily field operations to ensure seamless service fulfillment and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, promote and maintain strong operating standards and communicate this to your team
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and contractor quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and communication, identify areas for improvement, and execute on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Evaluate service area performance and identify trends, including evaluating and managing capacity and identifying opportunities to expand.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and contractor compliance requirements.
  • Generate regular reports on field operations performance, highlighting successes and addressing areas for improvement.
