About The Job

Position Summary:  Breezeline is actively seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing Technical Operations team. This individual contributor will be responsible for supporting the Regional Director Technical Operations and the entire Field Operations Team in Miami to deliver superior customer experiences and exceed budgeted performance for growth, technical KPIs, capital & operating expenses and supervisor implementation of change management initiatives. 


Responsibilities:

Analyze accounts, create jobs and schedule jobs for customers identified in Droptastic Initiative 

Review and QC weekly installation and Trouble Call reports

Assist with investigating and following up with customers utilizing One View ticketing system from customers calling into the Call Center for support.

Track contractor and inhouse Home Certifications to ensure compliance.

Assist with contacting customers and scheduling appointments to repair services 

Assist with assigning SRO to contractor Pools 

Assist with maintaining quota for scheduling customer appointments.

Provide support to Tech ops on contractor materials and CPE for BAU and projects 

Support Supervisors with daily, weekly, monthly & yearly reports

Assist with the prioritization and implementation for key initiatives across the Region

Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement connected to operating processes, customer experiences and employee experiences.

Perform other functions as required or assigned.

Administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 

Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency 

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 

Exceptional communication skills 

Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
