Job Overview
This role is essential for executing regional sales strategies, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting sales efforts. You will be responsible for facilitating marketing-generated leads to the field, gathering and analyzing sales data, assisting with CRM training and maintenance, and supporting various sales processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Collect and organize contact details to build targeted lists of potential customers, enhancing lead generation efforts.

Market Research: Conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities, understand market trends, and identify potential clients.

Qualifying Leads: Assess and determine the suitability of leads by evaluating their fit with our offerings, understanding their business needs, and moving them strategically through the sales funnel.

Maintaining Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

CRM Training Assistance: Assist in training new users on the CRM platform, including providing support, resources, and best practices to ensure effective utilization.

CRM Housekeeping: Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks on the CRM platform, such as data cleansing, updating records, and ensuring system integrity and accuracy.

Assisting in Sales Processes: Support various stages of the sales process, including preparing sales materials, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.

Project Support: Participate in and assist with marketing and sales projects, contributing to the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives.

Additional Tasks: Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the marketing and sales teams and contribute to overall business objectives.
Qualifications

Education: (Recommended) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1 year of experience in field marketing, lead generation, or a related role. Experience in packaging is a plus.

Skills:

Proven ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.

Strong skills in market research and understanding of industry trends.

Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.

Experience with CRM platforms, including training and maintenance.

Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a detail-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to assist in various sales processes, projects, and additional tasks as required.
