What you’ll work on

The Field Marketing Specialist is a hands-on role, supporting the Head of Demand Generation (US) in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic field activities and demand generation initiatives that drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth. A key liaison between Marketing and Sales, the Field Marketing Specialist will assist in tracking the progress of campaign-generated leads in the sales funnel, ensuring timely lead management and disposition, as well as in the creation of collateral and tools used throughout the sales funnel. The Field Marketing Specialist will report to the US Regional Head of Demand Generation.

Day to Day

  • Campaign Execution: Work with the Head of Demand Generation to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, social media, and event strategies. This includes working closely with the sales team to support the team in campaign-related outreach and follow-up.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for webinars, trade shows, and other regional sales/marketing events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Content Development: Develop creative assets for campaigns, including emails, social media posts, blogs, and landing pages. As needed, provide support in the creation of PDFs, presentations, and other marketing content.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Assist in monitoring marketing campaign performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI. Collaborate on ways for continuous improvement.
  • Social Media Management: Engage with followers by posting relevant content and activity updates, as well as interacting with customer posts for the US region, in alignment with brand goals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the daily administrative tasks of the marketing team, including marketing material inventory management.

About You

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in demand generation or field marketing; B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with or experience across a variety of marketing channels, including events, webinars, email, and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
