We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to enhance brand awareness and drive demand generation within the India market by managing marketing activities with prospects and customers. In this role, you will focus on supporting India marketing activities, including organizing events, developing region-specific marketing materials, and collaborating closely with the sales team to align strategies with market needs.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and manage Local Marketing Materials: Guarantee the availability of marketing collateral to support any of our local activities.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities, including scheduling, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining marketing materials.
  • Plan and Execute Local Events: Organize, manage and guarantee the logistics of local events, such as "Lunch and Learns," trade shows, and promotions.
  • Coordinate Local Marketing Activities: Plan and execute localized marketing activities, locally expressing global campaigns to resonate with the Indian audience.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing support aligns with sales goals and targets, providing them with necessary materials and insights.
  • Local Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in developing and executing marketing campaigns, preferably within the Indian market for B2B SaaS products.  Experience serving the biopharmaceutical marketplace is a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing time and resources.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to develop campaign plans aligned with account strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Office and mainstream CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  •  A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is ideal but not mandatory if you possess relevant experience and are a strong fit for the role.
