Position Overview
We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on sales enablement and requires a balance of strategic planning and tactical execution to drive marketing initiatives that support the success of our sales team and customers. The ideal candidate is a self-directed professional with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement:

Partner with Customer and Product Marketing to develop and launch campaigns activated through the sales team.

Collaborate with the Sales Team to align marketing resources with sales objectives and ensure effective execution.

Manage and maintain sales resources, including marketing collateral and sales samples, ensuring availability and accessibility.

Oversee Seismic and sample fulfillment vendor, organizing and maintaining files and assets to ensure the sales team has easy access to product samples and up-to-date materials.
Strategic and Tactical Execution:

Develop strategic activation plans for marketing campaigns that align with business goals and translate those plans into actionable, tactical execution steps.

Act as a key connector between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and consistent messaging across all initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Event Management:

Plan, coordinate and execute tradeshows, customer events, and other key initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and managing external vendors.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
-
[3+ years] of experience in field marketing, marketing communications, sales enablement, or related roles.

Proven ability to manage sales enablement tools (e.g., Seismic, Sales Force, PBI, Microsoft Teams & Bynder…etc.) and oversee event planning logistics.

Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry and B2B marketing practices is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, or similar platforms).
