As a Field Marketing Manager, Partnerships at Moveworks, you will play a key role in driving our go-to-market strategy through strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with our partner ecosystem to build and execute targeted field marketing programs that align with business objectives and accelerate pipeline growth. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing strong partner relationships and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that directly drive revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with key partners to create and implement field marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, foster partner engagement, and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of joint partner events, ensuring meaningful engagement for both end-users and partners through initiatives like workshops, roadshows, roundtables, and industry conferences.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including events, webinars, digital platforms, and email, to support joint partner opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, GTM, Product Marketing, and Partner Teams to align messaging, develop campaigns, and ensure consistent partner engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Track and report on key program metrics, analyzing the performance of field marketing initiatives to measure their impact on lead generation, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each partner’s business strategy and ensure alignment with marketing efforts to drive mutual success.
  • Oversee marketing budgets for initiatives, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed ROI targets.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing or field marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful partner marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and drive them to completion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics and the ability to engage with a variety of partner types.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess program performance and leverage data to optimize strategy.
