What We Are Looking For:
The Field Marketing & ABM Manager will align with a designated Sales team and will serve as part of their dedicated marketing team, building, assisting with, and running account-based marketing strategies and comprehensive campaigns designed to build pipeline and engage top targets throughout the buying journey. Their goals will be tied directly to optimizing top target engagement and conversion, building pipeline, and meeting revenue growth goals.
*This role works 100% in-office out of our Raleigh HQ
What You'll Do:
- Partner with sales reps to understand and research top target accounts, and implement ABM strategy to engage and advance those target opportunities
- Works hand in hand with integrated marketing manager to employ a mix of creative tactics, including multi-touch, multi-channel nurture programs, content marketing; events; direct mail, social media
- Partner with sales leadership to monitor lead follow-up in the critical stages of buying journey and understand overall goals for the team and create custom plans designed to achieve those objectives; adjusting course as needed in response to changing conditions
- Take ownership of email campaign development, from conceptualization to A/B testing, to enhance outreach effectiveness and drive lead conversion.
- Proactively analyze ABM and outreach metrics to uncover insights and trends, utilizing this data to propose and implement strategic adjustments.
- Serve as a key liaison among marketing sub-teams (e.g., product marketing, creative services, digital marketing) and cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations, technology) to ensure cohesive execution and communication of marketing strategies.
- Regularly participate in customer and prospect meetings to maintain a deep understanding of market conditions and buyer personas, influencing campaign strategies.
- Champion the integration of new marketing tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
What You Need:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years in field marketing roles with increasing responsibility, preferably in a B2B technology-focused company (ideally software).
- Advanced understanding of the marketing funnel; experience running multi-channel marketing programs (advertising, email, events, direct mail); content marketing and social media experience. Comfortable working with a lot of different marketing tools/software; Marketing automation experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
Bonus Points:
- Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience building and taking campaigns from 0 to 1. Ability to take ownership and strategize campaign and program ideas independently.
