Job Description:
The Field GTM Activation Specialist will execute the strategy, programs, enablement, and the Go-to-
Market (GTM) activation mission of the VCF Division across business segments in their respective
GEO. The objective is to support field sales’ ability to drive VCF growth and ensure customer
satisfaction. This role ensures that sales, engineering, architecture, consulting/delivery and support
teams have the tools, resources and programs needed to execute effectively on behalf of the VCF
Division.
Key Responsibilities:
 Codify and evangelize best practices to enhance customer outcomes and ensure teams are
aligned for success
 Ensure field teams are fully equipped and prepared to execute GTM strategies
 Track and measure the success of enablement programs and tools, continuously improving
based on results
 Develop and execute a structured framework for streamlined operations, improving cross-
functional coordination, communication and goal attainment with field teams
 Lead the strategic development, orchestration and successful launch of programmatic sales
plays
 Collaborate effectively with field sales and engineering leadership teams as well as product
and technical management/marketing teams
Requirements:
 Bachelors Degree and 5-10 years work experience preferably in a matrixed sales
organization
 Strong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and
influence cross-functional teams
 Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies (enablement
experience preferred)
 Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drives
customer success
 This role is Broadcom office based—not available for remote work
