Responsibilities
- Manage the integration of Exotec products and third-party systems on our customer warehouse, distribution and/or fulfillment sites
- Ensure system reliability by actively participating to the commissioning process on customer sites
- Plan, coordinate and carry out the validation test of the systems
- Measure, improve and maintain reliability of the entire solution during all deployment phases
- Coordinate and implement software improvements to the systems
- Communicate directly with customers to fulfill their needs and requirements
- Inform the operational team on project progress
- BS degree in mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering or a similar field of study
- Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering with the ability to work on both mechanical troubleshooting and software configuration
- Some knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
- A previous field experience in the engineering or materials handling industry preferred
- An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability
- Flexibility with travel up to 100% of working hours, both domestic and international, to client sites across North America
