The Field Analyst Engineer is responsible for optimizing EA Flow loops, interacting with various stakeholders, conducting data reviews, and preparing professional assessment reports. They provide technical training, promote company technologies, and ensure effective use of engineering tools while maintaining customer relationships through problem-solving and engineering services.

Key responsibilities
- Perform EA Flow loop optimization studies using established tools and working processes
- Drive projects including interfaces with:
- Customer focal points
- Pump AM Engineering
- AM Commercial Operations
- Sales
- Conduct P&ID and DCS data review
- Acquires data utilizing the customer’s installed instrumentation
- Prepares concise, professional assessment reports that outline methods of analysis, findings, and recommended solutions
- Technical training and presentations
- Effective and disciplined use of company systems including AMP & FlowForce
- Develops strong customer support through our technology approach and reliability focus to problem solving
- Promote assessment capabilities, monitoring solutions, engineering services for issue identification and solution development

Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge Required
- Bachelor’s, preferably master’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related engineering discipline.
- 2-3 years relevant experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Oil & Gas industry; rotating equipment operation, design, and field troubleshooting; hydraulic engineering; and interpreting customer specifications.
- System analysis experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and computer skills
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
- Highly capable to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to focus on long-term goals and to identify and produce deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with Customers, Sales, Operations and Engineering
- Flexible concerning working hours & willing to travel for planned visits or to provide on-site support to the QRC operations (up to 40%)
- Work-experience in multi culture teams
- Strong knowledge of internal and international practices & standards
- Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) methodology understanding
