Chanel Sweden is currently looking for a talented Fashion Boutique Associate with a passion for client service and an expertise in fashion to join our Stockholm Fashion team.
The job of a Fashion Boutique Associate is to maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. To create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. To have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a brand Ambassador of the highest order.
This position is a full-time role in an inspiring environment and development in a Company with high ambitions and great courage. The position is based in Stockholm and reports hierarchically to the Fashion Boutique Director.

- Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
- Offer relevant after sales care, including the appropriate information regarding events and new collections
- Successfully participate in and complete any training provided, acquiring, and applying high standards of selling skills and product knowledge

We are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Self-driven, positive, and independent person
- High degree of ethics and obsession with customer service and satisfaction
- Fluent in Swedish and English
