As a Fashion Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our Brand. You will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed your client’s expectations in a way that only CHANEL can.

  • Optimize the client experience according to our Client Service Values; fulfil the clients’ needs through genuine, flexible, and tailor-made service
  • Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
  • Maintain an awareness of Company, Boutique and personal sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals
  • Assist with regular back of house operations and review alterations and holds as appropriate
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and always maintain set standards
  • Ensure highest standards in all aspect of the sales and after sales service, including a positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data, and timely follow up
  • Uphold the image of the Brand Ambassador by conveying a professional and sophisticated image through impeccable personal grooming and etiquette

What you will bring to the role:

  • Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential)
  • Professional presentation and behaviour
