As a Facilities Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for building systems that make us more productive and enable the entire organization to scale. Combining internal tools and third party applications for People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Budgeting, Roadmapping, Business Analytics, etc. we envision an integrated platform that streamlines processes while providing employees and leaders with information they need to drive the business.
You Will:
- Organize transportation activities, including storage & inventory of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
- Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
- Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
- Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
- Manage & Maintain New Hire Inventory for Roblox.
- Manage FedEx Shipping Systems, UPS Shipping Systems, DHL Shipping Systems, USPS Shipping Systems
You Have:
- Attention to detail with strong time management skills
- 7-10 years of experience managing logistics for larger organizations.
- Experience negotiating and managing vendor contracts
- Quality management skills, ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of logistics systems (Ramco, Quickbase, Shipto are a huge plus) and inventory software
- Knowledge of freight transportation, regulations and limitations for goods and products.
- Experience with Dispute resolution, day-to-day operations management, international shipping documentation, and customs clearance into and out of the United States
- The ability to contribute individually to greater goal
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$115,460—$142,770 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
