The Opportunity
As a Technology Analyst (HR Solutions) at Roche, you will play a key role in Workforce Optimization (WFO), contributing to the success of our external workforce infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture (P&C), Procurement, and Informatics, to drive integrated workforce strategies that enhance compliance, efficiency, and innovation in external workforce management. In this role, you will also support the implementation and optimization of new technologies and solutions that proactively shape Roche’s workforce for the future.

Contribute to the vision and strategy for successful & integrated External Partner Portal (EPP) technology/products.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Informatics, P&C, People Support Solutions) to enhance external workforce processes.

Support the administration of external workforce technology infrastructure, from sourcing to offboarding.

Translate business needs into user stories and collaborate with IT and development teams.

Develop business cases for funding to build new functionalities and tools.

Engage with stakeholders to prioritize product improvements and ensure alignment with Roche’s strategic vision.

Troubleshoot and resolve EPP-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, human resources is a plus
-
4+ years of experience in workforce planning, technology, or transformation & change management in a matrixed environment.

Strong technical understanding of workforce-related technology and ability to communicate technical requirements effectively.

Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), product management, and roadmapping.

Problem-solving, and analytical skills with a digital and data-driven mindset.

Ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration in a cross-functional environment.

Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
