About the Role:

Are you passionate about quality assurance and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic and regulated industry? Procter & Gamble is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our External Supply Solutions (ESS) team within the Oral Care division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with external partners, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the site QA leader for assigned contract manufacturing and packaging sites.
  • Monitor and track quality incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, site SOPs, and P&G quality expectations.
  • Coordinate with various teams on project launches, ongoing quality improvement initiatives, and quality action items.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, including validation work and specifications.
  • Serve as a quality liaison between P&G and external sites, driving quality improvements and compliance.
  • Participate in regular meetings and coordination efforts to ensure seamless quality management.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a quality assurance role, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer goods.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management). Candidates with a strong quality background from work experience will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with process qualification, material qualification, verification, and validation work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to effectively negotiate and communicate quality requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microbiology Background: Experience or education in microbiology is a plus, especially for managing microsceptible goods.
  • Regulatory Experience: Previous experience in regulatory roles can be beneficial.
  • Leadership: Experience managing or leading a team is advantageous.

Pay Range: $86,000 - $105,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
