Job Description
We are looking for you to join our central labour law department in the Bosch Group in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Together with our partners in Germany and abroad, we offer the divisions, subsidiaries and regional organisations as well as the locations practical solutions for complex employment law and personnel policy issues. We see ourselves as an experienced and customer-orientated service provider with the highest quality standards.
- In this position you are responsible for leading HR Mergers and Acquisitions activities across Europe. This includes the coordination between Bosch headquarters, the HR country organisation and the acquiring business unit to ensure a seamless execution of HR Mergers and Acquisitions projects.
- In addition, you oversee the development of HR strategies and programs to support Post Merger Integration, including areas such as performance management, compensation, talent management, cultural integration, communication and organisational design.
- You also contribute to needs analysis and solution development by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to identify HR requirements for Mergers and Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration and deliver solutions that support both local and global integration efforts.
- Moreover, you ensure that quality standards are upheld and risks are effectively mitigated throughout the HR Mergers and Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration processes.
- Furthermore, you act as a subject matter expert for HR Mergers and Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration by providing guidance to the global project leaders, management and stakeholders of the organisation while supporting the local HR teams.
- Last but not least, you work closely with the global HR Mergers and Acquisitions team to refine frameworks, improve risk management processes and ensure alignment with best practices in HR and Post Merger Integration.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university studies in Law, Economics, HR Management or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of HR work experience and leadership experience; proven track record in HR Mergers and Acquisitions and in Post Merger Integration projects; strong knowledge in compensation and benefits, Mergers and Acquisitions, divestment, Post Merger Integration or labour law, preferably in several of these areas; profound knowledge of innovative HR tools and practices and rich experience in various HR functions, including international experience; excellent project management skills and experience as project leader
- Personality and Working Practice: you have exceptional communication and intercultural skills that enable you to build relationships across hierarchies and different cultural contexts; you bring a positive and inspiring change mentality to HR and leadership teams; with a strong sense of ownership and accountability and a clear focus on driving impact and realisation, you master your daily tasks; goal orientation and a results-driven approach, solid business acumen and a customer-centric perspective are part of your strengths
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
