About the Role

We are hiring for an Expert Marketing Manager for Wellness who will be pivotal in building our brands among Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and driving field force effectiveness to ensure strong brand recommendations to patients.

In this role you will be…

Brand Building

  • Develop and execute comprehensive expert marketing strategies that effectively build our brands among HCPs, including pharmacists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement brand campaigns that resonate with HCPs and align with our overall business objectives.
  • Leverage HCP, patient insights and data to identify opportunities, track performance, and refine strategies to enhance brand presence and impact.
  • Manage relationships with key HCP influencers, Healthcare associations and stakeholders to foster brand advocacy and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Create a content plan for the target HCPs that drive effective communication and building brand positioning, condition awareness and category recommendations.

Field force Effectiveness

  • Drive the effectiveness of the field force team by providing strategic guidance, training, and resources that empower them to promote our brands effectively among HCPs.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor the impact of field force activities on brand recommendations and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing and field force teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize field force strategies to maximize brand impact.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on building brands and driving engagement among HCPs.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
