To achieve ‘World Class Go-To Market’ goals by delivering our key clinical messages for prioritized brands to the ‘Expert’ channel. This encompasses Oral Care, Wellness, Nutrition to Healthcare Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Regional Expert Marketing to ensure strategic alignment, provide input into content and materials, and ensure flawless local execution and localization of centrally created expert materials

  • Develop a local tactical plan based on aligned strategy and a deep understanding of local insights

  • Deliver expert marketing materials and activities based on local insights for all touch points (advertorials, e-detailing, digital press releases, PR, symposia, congress etc.) of both detailing and non-detailing implementation

  • Work and support the local shopper team to identify opportunities with retailers to drive pharmacy recommendation and retail specific programs around the category (where applicable)

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. Brand Marketing, RA, Legal, Medical, agencies etc. to deliver EM plan, shape the healthcare environment to endorse the company brands to HCPs and eventually to consumers and comply with the local regulations and company SOPs

  • Effectively manage Expert Marketing A&P spend

  • Set and track benchmark KPIs (ONE KPIs), draw insights and course correct based on learnings in a timely manner to optimize marketing ROI e.g. recommendations, market share and message recall

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the Detailing team based on product knowledge, product key message, objection handling script, etc. relating to products to maximize the capability of the detailing team 

  • Track all marketing activities and execution to comply with local laws, regulations and the company SOPs

  • Analyze and update on marketing performance and impact in the business with actions

 

Scope of Accountability

  • Deliver Marketing materials and activities based on business plan and local insights

  • Business analysis, business planning to identify opportunities and threats in the market

  • Monthly business report which includes competitors update and performance update

  • KOLs, associations and internal stakeholders’ management

  • Coaching, product training aligning with regional expert marketing and product/disease/therapies presentations and training to internal and external customers, including third parties, for the accurate delivery of messages in line with LOC Expert Marketing plans and global guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business, Pharmaceutical or related field

  • 3 years of experience in marketing and brand management in the pharmaceutical multinational company

  • Relationship management: Exceptional interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills internally and externally. Ability to manage remotely

  • Strategic planning: Responsibility and accountability for delivering marketing and business success and competitive advantage. Ability to prioritize and enable effective targeting and segmentation strategies

  • Executional excellence: Problem solving, and solution based ‘Can do’ approach to issue management and conflict. Ability to work within a cross-functional set-up. Strong sense of urgency, clearly accountable for achievements of self & others. High levels of personal drive, self-motivation and proactive behavior.

  • Customer business planning: Ability to foster strong, collaborative customer contacts and relationships

  • Insights: Ability to analyze complex data, collect and deploy market intelligence. Ability to implement metrics and KPIs and to leverage on learnings

  • People development and Coaching: ability to coach and motivate the team and peers to drive the performance
