Experimentation Intern | Acorns
Acorns is looking for an Experimentation Intern to help Acorns build its Experimentation practice and drive innovative improvements across multiple customer journeys. You’ll gain real-world experience helping cross-functional teams prioritize experiment ideas, test those ideas with customers, and learn from the results. In addition, you will help Acorns uplevel its practice efficiency, processes, and ways of working.
Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA. This role has the option to be remote within the United States or based in our Irvine, CA office. This role has an expected time commitment of 20-40 hours/week.
Work sponsorship is not available for this role, including Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), F-1 Visa program, and other visa sponsorships.
What you will do at Acorns:

Support the Acorns Growth team to run effective and efficient experimentation routines, recordkeeping, and process.

Improve processes, tools, and technologies used to facilitate experimentation.

Help write experimentation requirements in partnership with product managers, product design leads, and data analysts.

Take on special projects including documenting best practices, researching potential innovative solutions, and driving research projects.

Support active usability studies and experiments, including mobile, web and AI-based improvements.

Work closely with cross functional teams to diagnose ways to improve experimentation speed and effectiveness.

Build focus maps to bring together customer experience, research, analytics, and VOC to clarify customer problems and opportunities for experiment ideation.

Compensation Information:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $20.00/hour.
