About the job
We are searching for a Financial Controller that will develop and grow together with our Group Digital organization in Lund within Alfa Laval Technologies.
As Controller you will be responsible for the financial follow up and speaking partner to the organization in finance related questions but there will also be a focus on improving and maintaining the financial processes in the ERP system, Microsoft D365. You will work in close collaboration with the global Group Digital controller, the OneERP programme controller and a part time accountant in the Finance Sweden Organization
In this role you will be a part of the Finance Sweden organization in the legal entity Alfa Laval Technologies AB and placed in Lund.
More specifically your key tasks will be:

Forecast preparation and reporting together with the organization.

Project follow up within the different value streams.

Continues processes improvement for financial activities.

Monthly closing and reporting including analysis and of the outcome together with the organization and the management teams.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you know how to play in a team but also working independently, you are open to changes, and you embrace them. You master the ability to quickly understand the core of a problem and focus on the most important aspects. You remain confident in situations with unknown elements, and you have the ability to challenge yourself and others in a positive manner.
What you know
Academic background in Finance or Accounting at university level is required. You are a super user in Excel, and you have good knowledge in Power BI. Presentations skills come along with the role, so we expect you to have high skills in PowerPoint and communication. You’re fluent in both English and Swedish.
You are used to work in a large international organization with many contacts and you like to build and develop your internal network. Being proactive, plan, book and lead meetings is important to succeed in this role.
