As an Experience Strategy Lead, you’ll bridge the gap between brand strategy and execution, ensuring every touchpoint—digital, physical, and experiential—feels intentional, seamless, and deeply connected to the brand’s essence. You’ll lead discovery, map journeys, and craft strategic recommendations that shape how people engage with brands in natural, inspiring, and effortless ways.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Discovery & Research – Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, competitive analysis, audience interviews, and market analysis to uncover insights that inform user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Develop Customer Journeys – Create personas and interaction flows and map user and brand touchpoints across channels to create intuitive, cohesive experiences.
  • Translate Brand Strategy into Experience Design – Work closely with designers, writers, and developers to ensure strategic insights are infused into brand storytelling, UX, and creative execution.
  • Facilitate Workshops & Collaboration – Guide clients and internal teams through co-creation workshops, helping align vision and objectives.
  • Prototype & Test Concepts – Develop experience prototypes, test hypotheses, and refine strategies based on real user feedback.
  • Stay Curious & Innovative – Keep an eye on emerging trends in brand experience, behavioral insights, and technology to inform our work.

What You Bring:

  • 6-10 years of experience in experience strategy, brand strategy, UX strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong research, journey mapping, and strategic framework skills.
  • Comfort presenting and guiding discussions with clients and teams.
  • Familiarity with UX principles, service design, and digital ecosystems.
  • Bonus: Experience with prototyping tools, behavioral science insights, or content strategy.
