Fabletics is currently looking for an Executive Strategy Associate (Sr. Manager), International and US Wholesale.


How Do You Fit In?

We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented individual to support strategic operational initiatives for our growing International and Wholesale initiatives.

This unique opportunity will report into the Director of Strategy, and will also support US Wholesale initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Excel in a high-impact role that works directly with senior leadership on key operations and business initiatives. Operate with a high level of autonomy to identify and action upon areas of opportunity.
  • Operationalize leadership priorities by driving definition, analysis, project management, and execution of ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and develop creative solutions. Clearly communicate and translate complex issues through a solution-oriented lens, creating clarity from chaos.
  • Create cross-functional processes and establish efficient ways of working.
  • Collect and synthesize information from across the business into clear and cohesive narratives. Create Powerpoint decks that strategically convey stories, including both external decks as well as internal reporting.
  • Complete analyses that drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Plan into work with a partner-first mindset, thinking proactively and creatively to find the optimal solution for external parties and differing cultures. Tailor communications to multicultural audiences, exercising adaptability in shifting between internal and external mindsets and communication styles.
  • Do whatever is needed to get the job done, including adopting a “no job is beneath me” approach.
  • Potential travel internationally to meet with partners, and work flexible hours at times to interface with parties in different timezones.

What you can bring:

  • 1 to 3 years prior experience as a management consultant or strategy professional
  • Top-tier Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and project management skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership, with the drive to power through obstacles
  • Highly organized and accountable, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skillset; able to convey ideas with audience in mind
  • Strong analytical skillset; able to define and derive answers from data
  • Strong interpersonal skills; approachable with ability to build trust and influence others without needing direct authority
  • Professional and approachable style with high degree of personal integrity and discretion
  • Ability to create clarity from complexity, organizing and inspiring multiple parties to achieve a goal
  • Execution-focused mindset and solution-oriented thinker; able to drive ideas from concept to completion
  • Proactive, client-first approach; able to build relationships external and step into partners’ shoes to anticipate issues
  • Highly adaptable to rapidly shifting priorities, with proven ability to maintain grace under pressure and balance multiple simultaneous projects
  • Humility and a “no job is beneath me” approach, willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get to the best solution for the team
  • Strong intellectual curiosity with entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Continuous drive for improvement; appetite and eagerness to pick up new skills and responsibilities

  • Comfort with ambiguity, B2B operations, a global mindset, and building new processes

Nice to have:

  • Pre-MBA (preferred); open to Post-MBA.
  • Experience in any of the following: working internationally or with international partners, wholesale, marketing, retail
  • Bilingual a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is from $105,300-$130,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
