What will you do?

• Proven experience in processing purchase requisitions and handling procurement-related tasks.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, including resolving invoice and payment-related queries.
• Familiarity with the creation of Eway bills and delivery challans.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with vendors and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
• Ability to handle procurement issues such as order discrepancies and delivery delays.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Experience in updating and tracking Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with purchase order details.
• Knowledge of record-keeping practices and the ability to archive documents for future reference and audit purposes.
