Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, Business Park & Industrial (Malaysia), you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our business park and industrial developments in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru. Primary duties include:
- Addressing customer’ and park users’ feedback and complaints
- Handle daily operation matters with vendors/contractors and park users, such as security, landscapes, cleaning, etc
- Prepare monthly reports for park management
- Process contractors’ monthly billings
- Manage and maintain the common property and keep it in good condition by conducting regular inspections
- Monitoring of renovation works by operator to ensure cleanliness of the common area
- Monitor and manage the Environmental, Health & Safety requirement/regulation
- Prepare and manage park budget
- Handle procurement for park management inclusive of tender calling, awards and contractual matters
- Handle gated development service charges billing, collection and deals with late payments
Requirements
- A good Diploma in Building Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience preferred
- Have an eye for details
- Independent, resourceful and able to take pressure under a fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly personality
