Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing custom clearance for both import and export in AEO, troubleshoot issues that may arise and fix it effectively.
• Dealing with all import and export documentations/permits/AEO transactions. Ensure all records are well maintained for the traceability of custom audit and compliance of laws, rules and regulations.
• To liaise with government agencies for customs, import and export related matters.
• To liaise with freight forwarding agents, external warehouse and suppliers to ensure custom clearance are done smoothly to facilitate timely delivery.
• To assist Logistics Lead in LMW reporting, license/exemption application and renewal.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proactive, aggressive and diligent. Able to perform tasks with minimum supervision.
• Strong problem solving skills and capable to thrive in a fast-pace environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication in both verbal and written.
