What You'll Do
As an Executive Director on OCC’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, you will lead through excellent organization, problem-solving, influence and communication skills to help enable Change Management execution across the organization. This role will ensure effective and consistent implementation of change management projects; support ongoing improvement efforts; demonstrate project management and implementation expertise; and lead development of standard change management tools and methodologies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

Develop change management models, tools, and techniques to assist in implementing organizational change and communicating the change to the impacted business units, associates, and organization stakeholders

Craft and deliver change management recommendations to leadership based on thorough research and analysis

Oversee and liaise with the OCM team to develop organizational effectiveness methodologies and toolkits for institutional effectiveness and assessment, pillar design, span of control, and change adoption and change management

Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of change management processes developed and/or administered

Develop strategies for mentoring, motivating, and coaching affected resources throughout change

Build effective teams to implement change and motivate staff during change

Plan for organizational change and establish roles and activities that support the change process

Develop and deliver training on change management models, tools, and processes to provide guidance and build change-management skills

Lead OCM projects and ensure project milestones/goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.

Create effective company-wide communications and executive-level reporting.

Interact with stakeholders, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between different functional areas of the company

Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director, Organizational Development Change Management.

Experience and knowledge of organizational assessment and change management principles, methodologies and tools

Demonstrated experience leading change in large, complex, highly regulated organizations undergoing significant technology transformation

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization

Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communication and targeted audience segment communication strategies
-
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Strong analytical skills, process and detail orientation
-
Effectively coordinate multiple projects with interrelated teams and technology issues simultaneously within aggressive deadlines
-
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.

Familiarity with Agile development methods and practices
Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau preferred
Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, business or equivalent experience
-
10+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years of progressive change management experience leading cross-enterprise functional diverse teams

Compensation
- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
- In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
- We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package as noted on www.theocc.com/careers
- All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.
Salary Range
$188,100.00 - $248,300.00
Incentive Range
28% to 35%
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
