Job Summary
As the "Executive Director of Media Partnership, Comcast Advertising International" responsible for building and managing the Inventory partnerships for the Media Solutions team to be successful in market. Supported by the global FreeWheel technology platform, the NBCu Global Ad Sales teams and other Comcast Business units, you will close closely with the leadership team to establish the right strategy and undertake to sign value accretive partnerships with media and tech companies in order to increase value for CA Internationally.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive revenue generation strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, and market penetration strategies
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion efforts to maximize lifetime value
- Build Partnership pipeline and manage existing partnership to create accretive inventory value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (and US revenue leaders) including marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and synergy in revenue generation efforts
- Collaborate with NBC/Sky on creating sustainable business strategy for the long term whilst optimizing short term results
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the global sales organization
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, while proactively managing risks associated with revenue generation activities
Requirements
- Must have good understanding of AdTech landscape
- Must have successfully led EMEA/International Sales/Revenue teams for Tech company
- Must have experience of working in Large organization
- Must have exceptional leadership skills
