The Opportunity:
The Cyber Line of Business (LoB) is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Division Manager for its Cyber Mission Operations Division. This executive role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of the Cyber LoB and is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation in our cyber mission portfolio.
**To be considered for this role, qualified candidates must be in the MD/DC/VA metropolitan area. This position is based in Northern Virginia or Maryland, with potential for limited travel.**
Responsibilities:
The Division Manager (DVM):
- Is responsible for meeting/exceeding all Division financial commitments quarter over quarter and achieving year over year growth.
- Leads the development of the annual operating and capital plans and budgets; closely monitors the actual performance of the Division’s programs and takes corrective action as needed; establishes and executes cost control, sales and marketing, and revenue and profit plans.
- Nurtures, develops, and introduces technical innovations in professional practices and strives to assure consistent excellence in customer support. Assesses future needs, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provides Executive leadership in the evolution and implementation of the CACI Cyber strategy to expand offerings for full spectrum analysis, training, and operations.
- Conceptualizes, organizes, and drafts technical/management approaches for inclusion in customer deliverables and competitive proposals.
- Accountable for expanding business and coordinates business development activities with the Line of Business, Business Development, and Capture to ensure continuing growth and profitability. is responsible for driving new business expansion, creating winning solutions, and manages all aspects of the capture process.
- Participates in negotiations with key customers and suppliers while promoting and ensuring ethical business practices and a customer-oriented philosophy.
- Assessing and improving the skills of their PMs and leadership team to ensure that key personnel have the minimum skills to perform all tasks successfully and continues to develop them for future opportunities.
- Continuously and consistently evaluates the strength of the team identifying strategic opportunities for skill enhancement ensuring personnel are ready for upward mobility.
- Actively supports all re-competitions by understanding and shaping the customer, supporting capture activities throughout the entire PoP, and maintaining a relevant team composition and structure.
- Establishes initial re-compete strategy and working to successfully sustain and grow the work on contract.
- Ensures the organization is structured and staffed to fully meet the needs of its respective business and clients and ensure the retention of the latter and generate optimum revenues and profit to CACI.
- Monitors manager performance and that of their key subordinates and guides their professional development.
- Plans and oversees the professional development and technical training of the staff, hiring and retaining qualified professionals as needed.
- Keeps alert to potential acquisitions that would complement CACI Cyber Line of Business capabilities, are aligned with the CACI Cyber Market Strategy, and would make CACI more competitive in the marketplace.
- Ensures that senior management is aware early on of potential problematic issues and proactively works to address/mitigate those issues before they become problems.
- Establishes strong internal and external relationships focused on accomplishing strategic business objectives, driving profitable organic growth, and achieving increased shareholder value.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience with IC and DoD customers in the MD and VA region.
- Experience with managing profit and loss centers exceeding $100M in annual revenue.
- Minimum 15 years of related technical and business leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of DoD and/or Federal procurement practices.
- Strong track record of growth and capture and proposal management.
- Strong track record of successfully leading large complex programs and portfolios spanning multiple contract types (FFP, CPAF, CPIF, CPFF, T&M.)
- Proven exceptional customer relationship building and management skills.
- Inspirational leadership style, including a demonstrated ability to build success-oriented relationships across CACI, industry, and customer communities.
- Strength in problem-solving and conceptual thinking, with the capability to lead strategic growth in a challenging, forward-thinking environment.
- Displays excellent written communications and presentation capabilities.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$152,900-$336,400
