Your Impact:
- Providing oversight, management and tracking of key deliverables, assignments due to and from Sr. Management
- Planning and scheduling meetings and events with internal and external parties (e.g., our regulator, market participants, Sr. Management, Townhalls, etc.)
- Using discretion and judgment in running complex and dynamic executives’ calendars to ensure their time is used most effectively
- Potentially monitoring executives’ email, when requested, for time-sensitive and/or critical correspondence and issues
- Reviewing and editing outgoing communications and presentations
- Preparing expense reports for the executives and reviewing those of their direct reports for accuracy and alignment with company policy
- Establishing and handling office protocols ensuring that administrative practices support the corporate mission and strategic goals
- Greeting customers in person or on the telephone, as well as answering and directing inquiries
- Completing other ad hoc assignments and projects, as assigned
- Serving as a backup to others as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of administrative support
- High school degree, with college preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Highly proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), to include Outlook and SharePoint
- Shown success providing executive administrative support to executive leaders is a plus
- Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and discretion
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise
- Ability to function autonomously and proactively, working independently on a variety of assignments with minimal oversight

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
