Chemours is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to join our growing Human Resources team. This position will be available at our Wilmington, DE location and report directly to the Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager.
The Executive Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and implementation of executive compensation programs. This role involves ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company goals, regulatory compliance, and market trends. The Analyst collaborates with HR leadership and external consultants to manage executive compensation processes, develop reports, and provide recommendations.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Analyze and evaluate executive compensation packages, including base salary, incentives, bonuses, and equity awards

Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards

Support the design and implementation of executive compensation programs that align with company strategies and objectives

Independently manages the administration of our executive compensation programs
-
Works closely with the Legal team to complete all necessary forms related to executive changes and grants
-
Plays a key role in finalizing the proxy statement
-
Assist in developing compensation structures and incentive plans
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including Dodd-Frank, SEC reporting, and proxy statement requirements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation-related legislation and emerging trends
-
Maintain accurate compensation data and records, utilizing HRIS and other systems
-
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and the Compensation Committee
-
Work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment and integration of compensation practices
-
Liaise with external consultants and vendors on compensation-related matters
-
Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation strategy and operations
-
Provide support during mergers, acquisitions, or other organizational changes
The following is required for this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably with a focus on executive compensation.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
-
Familiarity with compensation regulations and reporting requirements.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
-
Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and PivotTable.
The following is preferred for this role:

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.

Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in a related field.
