Job Description Summary
Job Description
- Maintain and update website content and assets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Facilitate new property onboarding including web content population and system integration testing
- Liaise with different stakeholders to understand business needs, work with tech teams and vendors to achieve business objectives
- Assist in the planning and roll out of new web features and optimisations
- Support web analytics tracking and reporting; research and provide recommendations to enhance website UI/UX and conversions
- Maintain and enhance web knowledge hub, facilitate training and knowledge sharing among stakeholders
- Perform user acceptance testing including data set up and verification across systems
- Handle administrative duties and billings
- Assist in any adhoc duties or responsibilities when assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Communications or related fields
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in digital content management, marketing and analytics, with track record of project management in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:
- Web user experience and interface design
- Design and web tools, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Invision
- Web frameworks and languages e.g. HTML, CSS
- Marketing and analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, analytical with an eye for details
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with different stakeholders and vendors across different countries/cultures to achieve common objectives
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese/other language
