We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant II to support the Vice President of Manufacturing Technology and Factory Automation. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with a key executive driving one of the most critical areas of our business.

You’ll play a vital role in helping the VP stay focused, organized, and connected by managing schedules, supporting operations, coordinating travel, and acting as a trusted extension of their office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings a blend of discretion, attention to detail, and people-savvy communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level calendar management, prioritizing across multiple stakeholders and shifting demands
  • Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including logistics and documentation
  • Prepare and process detailed expense reports in a timely manner
  • Support high-impact meetings—creating agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
  • Draft, edit, and proofread communications and documents with a keen eye for quality
  • Assist with space planning, coordination, and logistics for a growing, high-performance team
  • Serve as a liaison with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication
  • Occasionally support activities outside of standard business hours as needed
  • Travel up to 50%, including to manufacturing sites and other Blue Origin locations
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.  

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a high-growth or technical environment
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern workplace tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Confidence in coordinating across all levels of an organization
  • Experience with international travel planning and dynamic scheduling strongly preferred


 

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $39.95-$55.93

  • Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification, Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
