The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant supports senior executives and department leaders, providing administrative and logistical support. This role requires managing high-level tasks while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a corporate presence. Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative are crucial to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize meetings.
- Liaise with C-level executives, clients, and VIPs, coordinating meetings and events.
- Organize meetings and offsite events, including logistics, food, and attendee coordination.
- Prepare and analyze correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle travel arrangements and process expense reports for the team.
- Conduct research and assist with data compilation for executive presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of organization.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience supporting SVP-level executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on confidentiality.
- Adaptable, with the ability to handle competing priorities and work with discretion.
- Ability to manage special projects and learn new skills quickly.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000- $100,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
