The Executive Assistant responsibilities include exercising independent judgment in the performance of a range of general and specialized office duties. This role requires strong computer and research skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will:

• Provide general support to multiple executives 

• Organize and schedule appointments for leadership 

• Assist in planning meetings and company events/conferences for the executives assigned

• Book and manage travel arrangements

• Write and distribute internal communications

• Submit and reconcile expense reports

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Answer and direct phone calls and inquires

• Run errands 

What You’ll Need:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple executives

• Exceptional communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

• Proven experience in clerical roles

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Google Suite 

• Must be available to work in CST and EST timezones

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with email scheduling tools

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Ability to navigate and support a rapidly changing work environment

• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Compensation Range: $60K - $70K
