Position Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a vital resource supporting the Chief Financial Officer and the CoinDesk Chief Executive Officer. This person in this role will provide high-level support and have the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. In addition, this role will also need to facilitate operational activities in our New York office, working closely with multiple teams including, Operations, Security and IT teams to ensure the New York office runs smoothly.
This role will be required to work onsite from our NYC office full-time; Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm ET.
Responsibilities:

Manages a highly-complex, constantly changing calendar for the Chief Financial Officer and the CoinDesk Chief Executive Officer.

Must exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance which includes considering different courses of action and recommending a decision.

Coordinates calendars with EAs of other Executive Committee members.

Prioritizes meeting and business requests, Coordinates meetings, events and logistics.

Works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the CoinDesk Chief Executive Officer and team to understand their needs and provide support.

Manages day-to-day schedule of the Chief Financial Officer and the CoinDesk Chief Executive Officer, which includes effectively liaising internally with Finance, Development, Human Resources, Legal, and other programs and departments

Serves as principal administrative representative with third parties.

Office moral events coordination (i.e., help to organize group lunches, happy hour drinks)

Assisting with HR / IT "boots on the ground" employee support, helping liaise with managers in other offices to help provide solutions in these departments

Office branding (i.e., can help coordinate with the creative team & comms team to get branding for the office.

Maintain a pleasant and professional work environment that ensures a high level of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Resolve day-to-day operational issues and serve as the on-site point of contact for any emergencies, disasters, hazards and lead office evacuations when necessary.

Partner with the IT department to receive and correctly tag equipment within the Workday procurement system.

Coordinate/ assist with visitors/guests in the office (i.e., work with building to sign in guests for on-site meetings, help visiting employees get credentials for entering building)

Oversee guest needs, including partnering with the IT department and Operations team to ensure guests are set up with access and equipment.

Creates meeting agendas and prepares any required presentation of materials.

Qualifications:
-
8+ years of experience as an executive assistant role.

Associates Degree required (or 14+ years support at C level), Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Prior experience providing support at the EVP, President, or CEO level in 150+ staff organization

Experience with complex calendaring including rescheduling and prioritization of interruptions.

Demonstrated history of working and Coordinating with executive leadership.

Crisp communication and interpersonal skills.

Management and protection of confidential information.

Proven organizational skills and capability with business management and reporting.

Experience assisting in planning events and meetings.

Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
