As an Executive Assistant, you will be the key player in supporting our Commercial organization, from administrative support to event planning and everything in between. This role is based in our vibrant Waltham office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Event Planning: Plan and organize events and meetings, from regional team dinners to annual Commercial-wide summits. This includes selecting venues, developing agendas, coordinating travel, and meals.
  • Calendar Management: Support senior executives with complex calendar management, prioritizing commitments, and global travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Draft emails, prepare agendas, slides, and summaries for internal and external meetings.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, open POs, handle contracts, and process invoices for payment.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties and onboarding new hires, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Strong preference for candidates that have previously supported Commercial organizations.
  • Skills: Superior organizational, administrative, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage complex tasks, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
