We’re seeking a challenge-driven and resourceful Executive Assistant to be the right-hand for our CEO, Evgeny, as he scales Zerion. This role demands strong executive support skills, including strategic calendar management, project oversight, and high-level communication abilities to support the CEO in critical business operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support executive communications, handle project management, and assist with strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and manage priorities.
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, business meetings, and logistics with a strong focus on executive tasks.
  • Occasionally perform personal tasks (approximately 10%), such as scheduling personal appointments or minor errands.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • We’re looking for someone who has supported an executive during work and personal growth.
  • Proven track record in managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Expertise in Notion, Todoist, or similar task management software.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Call with CEO and CTO: In-depth interview with company leaders to discuss vision, strategy, and cultural fit.
  • Reference Check: Verification of your professional background through previous employers or colleagues.
