The Role

Overview:

As we enter a phase of hyper-growth, we’re looking for a driven, highly organized, and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our operations team, supporting our CEO and co-founder and Director of Executive Operations in a temporary capacity with potential to grow into full-time hire. As a member of the CEO’s team, you'll not only help manage day-to-day logistics but will help enhance his productivity and ensure seamless execution across personal and professional commitments. Reporting to the Director of Executive Operations, you will gain exposure to the inner workings of the organization and help us achieve our ambitious goals

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management:
    • Support in the management of the CEO’s complex schedule, balancing internal and external priorities.
    • Coordinate executive meetings across time zones, with the opportunity to liaise with high-profile clients, investors, and partners.
    • Handle last-minute scheduling changes with grace and efficiency.
    • Ensure all meetings are fully prepared for, arranging meeting rooms and refreshments as needed.
  • Travel Coordination & Logistics:
    • Partner with the Director of Executive Operations to coordinate personal and professional travel, ensuring contingencies are in place.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Work with the Director of Executive Operations to handle on-site logistics for key client dinners, partner events, and investor meetings.
    • Reserve high-end venues and make dining arrangements that reflect the CEO’s and Venn’s brand.
  • Administrative Excellence:
    • Take ownership of expense reports, receipts, and financial documentation – ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support:
    • Support the Director of Executive Ops with special projects and initiatives.
    • Handle personal and professional projects for the CEO in partnership with the Director of Executive Operations, adding value across various domains.
    • Assist with personal errands as needed to maintain the CEO’s work-life balance.
  • Office Presence:
    • Maintain a strong in-office presence (3-5 days/week) to ensure on-the-ground support during key meetings and events.
    • Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and polish in all interactions.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy – Proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) – Able to communicate with top-tier executives and stakeholders confidently.
  • Unmatched organizational skills – You thrive in chaos and are skilled at creating structure.
  • Proactive mindset – You don’t just solve problems; you anticipate them before they arise.
  • Grace under pressure – You excel in dynamic, high-stakes situations without losing composure.
  • Flexibility – Comfortable working irregular hours and pivoting quickly as priorities shift.
  • Team player with a no-task-too-small mentality.
  • Attention to detail is second nature to you – nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Bilingual highly preferred – Fluent in English and Hebrew 
  • Located in or willing to relocate to New York City.
  • Familiarity with NYC and Tel Aviv preferred.

This is a temporary position (4 - 5 months) with potential to grow into a full-time role. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000, plus benefits. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications.
