Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a reliable point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisors and business partners.
  • Support the implementation and management of new systems, such as CRM software, ensuring data integrity and maintenance.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and emails to support business
  • Handle coordination with relevant institutions, review contracts against predefined criteria, and assist in gathering relevant data on terms and conditions.


Key Requirements

  • Provide necessary organizational information to relevant advisors on a regular
  • Conduct research and prepare concise summaries on business
  • Oversee general administrative tasks, including office coordination, vendor management, and event organization.
  • Assist with recruiting-related tasks as needed. Your Profile:
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new skills and
  • Fluent in German (native level) and English (excellent verbal and written skills).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a professional or corporate
