We are looking for a new member of our team to work closely with and play a crucial role in supporting our CMO — who is based in New York — as well as our UK Marketing, Releases Marketing and Influencer Marketing teams based in London. You will be handling administrative tasks, calendar management, operational tasks and a variety of ad hoc requests across various areas of marketing. We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated and solutions-oriented individual, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.


This is a junior position, perfect for a highly motivated entry level or early stage careers applicant. This role is based in London and requires 3 days per week onsite at our Soho offices.

You will focus on:

  • Extensive calendar management, coordination of meetings and booking travel across time zones

  • Assisting Chief of Staff with logistics for company events, meetings and screenings 

  • Liaising with Finance on expenses and company credit card reporting

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams

  • Liaising with external contacts promptly and professionally

  • Managing the shipping and warehousing of MUBI merchandise and Shop inventory

  • Coordinating the arrival and distribution of printed items

  • Assisting our UK Releases Marketing, Local Marketing and Influencer Marketing teams with administrative and operational tasks as needed (e.g. event coordination, preparation of influencer gift boxes, on-site set-up, etc.) 

  • Helping to keep the London marketing office maintained and well-organized

What You’ll Bring:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • A hard-working, confident, communicative and friendly manner

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work

  • ​​Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and key external stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, written English and grammar skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other commonly used office applications

  • The ability to take personal responsibility, and display discretion when dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information

  • Passion for film 

  • Previous experience providing executive-level support is a bonus
