About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team. This part-time position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of administrative tasks. The role requires someone who can work on-site in our South End office in Charlotte, NC during business hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Market My Market is a fast-growing, fully remote, digital marketing agency. The Executive Assistant should be excited about working in an entrepreneurial environment and have the ability to exercise good judgment, prioritization and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation as needed.

  • Office Management: Handle general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining an organized workspace.

  • Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the executive team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Professional demeanor with a positive and proactive attitude.

  • Familiarity with the Charlotte, NC area, particularly South End, is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on-site in South End, Charlotte, NC during business hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

  • Flexible schedule within business hours to accommodate executive needs.

  • Reliable transportation to and from the office.

This is a 1099 contractor position offering a flexible work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our team’s productivity and success. This role will start with 20 hours a week with an opportunity to increase in number of hours within 90 days.
