We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our growing team and interface directly with the Solvd leadership team, our clients, and partners.  

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Oversee the calendar and schedule for the CEO of Solvd. 
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and modify domestic and international travel plans. 
  • Board Assistance: Provide white glove assistance to Board of Directors members on business matters and travel arrangements. 
  • Communication Management: Handle a high volume of communication to and from the CEO, prioritizing and finding solutions to various inquiries. 
  • Meeting Logistics: Organize logistics for onsite and offsite group meetings involving the Executive Team and global business leaders. 
  • Special Projects: Manage the creation and secure handling of special presentations and classified documents for the CEO. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an executive assistant to a C-Suite executive, with experience working with the Board of Directors being a plus. 
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Google G-suite. 
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior-level leaders and Board of Directors. 
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • English Proficiency:  advanced intermediate English skills with a strong grasp of business-related / technology areas. 
  • Independence: A self-starter capable of working independently and thriving in a team-oriented culture.
