In partnership with Piraeus Bank, we are also developing Snappi, Greece’s first digital-only bank.

That's where you come in. We are looking fo an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and organizing agendas, documents, and reports for meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency.
  • Organizing board meetings, leadership offsites, and other executive engagements. 
Requirements

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a financial services or technology environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
