Who we are:

Nitra is changing how providers in the healthcare sector access credit and financial services – addressing an imminent need for modern financial solutions that integrate seamlessly with complex industry processes. Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can have time back to focus on what matters to them most.

Nitra offers physicians and medical clinics around the country credit and expense management products they crucially need, as well as a medical supply marketplace, in an all-in-one platform powered by machine learning technologies.

Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Plaid, and Goldman Sachs. The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.

We're looking for:

An Executive Assistant to both of our cofounders who will play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO’s time and focus are maximized for strategic priorities. We need a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, coordinate critical business initiatives, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel
  • Acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups
  • Coordinating high-priority projects and ensuring key deliverables are met on time
  • Preparing materials for meetings, including briefing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Managing and prioritizing email correspondence, drafting responses, and handling inquiries on behalf of the CEO
  • Assisting with investor relations, board communications, and confidential business matters
  • Handling travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Managing personal errands for the CEO, such as scheduling personal appointments, overseeing household or vehicle-related tasks, and making reservations
  • Handling purchases, gift coordination, and event planning for the CEO’s personal and professional commitments
  • Supporting the CEO in both personal and professional matters as needed, ensuring operational efficiency
  • Identifying areas to improve processes and workflows to optimize the CEO’s time

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to draft professional correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of polish
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset – you anticipate needs before they arise
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including executives, investors, and external partners
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining alignment with business goals
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a mix of professional and personal responsibilities
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
