About the role:
The Executive Assistant role provides support to senior executives within JCDecaux. This includes supporting the Co-CEO, Chief Sales Officer & EGM Strategy and where needed, other members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will be responsible for ensuring administrative support is appropriately given to the National Sales team, Marketing function and Sydney head office. The role will ensure efficient, proactive, professional and confidential business support is provided.
A Day in the Life:
- Provide extensive administrative support to the Co-CEO, including diary and inbox management
- Anticipates needs and proactively addresses requirements to optimise the Co-CEO’s time and productivity.
- Acts as a buffer, screening and managing communication flow to minimise distractions and interruptions.
- Suggests efficient business practices with a wide organisational view to tasks and events.
- Proactive management and organization of all travel commitments for Co-CEO, CSO, EGM Strategy, Connections team and key client trips
- The efficient preparation, distribution, and management of high-quality correspondence, reports and presentations using various Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide high-level support for the CSO and EGM Strategy including diary and expense management and the organisation of travel as required.
- With support of the EA to CMO, provide team support to the Sales and Marketing teams, plus wider Sydney Head Office team when required.
- Coordinate events, booking restaurants/event spaces/catering and preparation of refreshments/lunches for Sydney Sales (and other teams) meetings where needed
About You:
You’ll be someone with a demonstrated experience in administrative support roles. You’ll be someone who is proactive, solutions orientated and has a collaborative approach to being part of a team working towards a common goal. As well as:
- 5 years experience in administrative support roles
- Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- In office 4-5 days a week
