What you'll be doing
The Executive Analyst will report to the Chief Strategy and Implementation Officer and support the business growth objectives by providing executive support and detailed analytic reporting.
Principal Accountabilities (intended to be an overview, not an exhaustive list of duties).
How you'll succeed:

Data gathering and analysis for award submissions

RFP support and intermediary survey reporting for BDO team
-
Support quarterly/monthly/annual AUM and flow requests from Risk Management
-
Support Family Office Services through client/team reporting, client tracking, model building, data gathering, analysis.

Help with tracking/managing changes needed at the account level within SEI related to account custodians and any RSA changes used for financial reporting and referral fee reconciliations

Provide monthly Relationship Manager Revenue Reports (currently on SharePoint) working with Data management

Manage bi-weekly Operating Committee meeting agendas and materials

Invoicing and expense report management for Business Solutions team

Provide backup for weekly firm cash flow reporting provided to Sr Management

Provide backup support for quarterly Schwab (SANS2) and Fidelity Fee reconciliation

You have a Bachelors Degree in finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Business Analyst roles within the banking or financial services industry.

You are a strong communicator. Expert interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills, including effective engagement with all levels of the organization, including senior management, board of directors and regulators.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 for the Atlanta, Georgia market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component. CIBC offers a full range of benefits and programs to meet our employee’s needs; including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, Disability, and Other Insurance Plans, Paid Time Off (including Sick Leave, Parental Leave and Vacation), Holidays and 401(k), in addition to other special perks reserved for our team members.
