Anduril's Office of the CEO seeks Anduril's Executive Assistant. Reporting directly to the CEO's Chief of Staff, this person will be in a position of high trust and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients about the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant is expected to work closely with the Chief of Staff and the CEO to help drive cross-functional projects and initiatives critical to the CEO while also liaising for any internal engagement. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, exercise good judgment in various situations, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with high professionalism and discretion. Being able to anticipate the needs of the Office, maintaining balance among competing priorities, and working well under pressure are essential skills to succeed in this role.
WHAT WILL YOU'LL DO
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO's Office, including managing calendars, coordinating complex travel plans, scheduling meetings, and compiling documents.
- Plan and execute day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow for the Office of the CEO
- Track and monitor services and activities within the Office of the CEO and with outside agencies and/or other departments in the business
- Serve as a representative of the CEO Office with an array of internal and external clients.
- Work closely with the CEO's staff to maintain the schedule and ensure it is followed and respected.
- Produce and prepare documents for internal and external engagements in the CEO's Office.
- Facilitate all logistical aspects for on-site VIP meetings and events involving the CEO. This includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage sensitive matters with high confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions with significant impact on the company's operations.
- Own and arrange travel and accommodations related to arrangements as needed for the Office of the CEO.
- Submit expense reports on behalf of the Office of the CEO
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5 years experience supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proven ability to balance multi-departmental projects from conception to execution with little to no supervision
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Approachable style and ability to effectively and professionally interface with high-level executives, clients, employees, and business associates, both internal and external
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Proven experience in multitasking and working with multiple people and priorities while delivering high-quality results and following through
- Demonstrates curiosity and a desire to understand the needs of the Office of the CEO
- Highly trustworthy with the ability to exercise sound discretion and function under highly ambiguous directions with constantly changing requirements
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Proficient in scheduling meetings in multiple time zones
- Experience as a project manager is highly preferred and desired.
US Salary Range
$90,000—$135,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
