The Role:

The EVP, Growth & Client Innovation will lead the strategic growth function for the Inizio Evoke (IE) Comms team - with an initial focus on the North America region - for targeted, high value client organizations and key AOR capability areas (global franchise/brand AOR; corporate/thought leadership; and creative disease awareness and advocacy campaigns). Additionally, the EVP, Growth & Client Innovation will lead the development of innovative and creative strategies within IE Comms, leveraging products and services across the IE platform, to deliver exceptional client solutions that enhance business growth. This is a hybrid role reporting to Group President, IE Comms.

Responsibilities:

As an executive member of the Growth team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, including Growth Operations, Client Growth, Platform Capabilities Leadership, and Marketing and Communications P&L Leaders, to align strategies and execute impactful initiatives. Serving on both the IE Communications Global Leadership Team and the NA IE Communications Executive Leadership Team, you will bridge global and regional priorities, driving cross-functional collaboration, streamlined processes, and organizational success.

Agency Growth:

  • Conversion of high value RFP pursuits through
    • Driving pitch pursuit strategy and development from start to finish
    • Developing breakthrough and memorable pitch themes/narratives
    • Fostering stakeholder relationships before, during, and post pitch
    • Ensuring elevation of all work within pitch (cross comms capability)
    • Creating a consistent pitch preparation and performance across teams
  • Partnering with President, NA, for IE Comms to enhance and regularly assess/modify business plan for IE Comms growth across the NA region, in collaboration with IE Comms global leadership team.
  • Implementing initiatives and programs that drive organic growth opportunities and sustain high client retention rates, partnering with IE Comms EU Growth Leads.
  • Collaborating with IE Comms clients to identify opportunities for new products, services, and processes that optimize clients' business performance.
  • Partnering with the President, NA for IE Comms to target, assess (intake calls) and pursue relevant new business pursuits.
  • Increase leads and win rate of targeted client pursuits with annualized potential revenue of >$1M
  • Generate cross-platform growth strategies/collaborations, inclusive of Creative and Transformation teams with Inizio Evoke.
  • Support reporting and development of monthly, quarterly, and annualleadership reports; leverage Hubspot and other growth platforms across the IEplatform.
  • Partnering with Comms team key account leaders to formulate personalizedand relevant account-based marketing strategies and tactics to increase theAgency's awareness and equity within these organizations and relative keystakeholders.
  • Working to secure multi-practice/multi-agency brand, BU, and enterpriserelationships that serve as anchor clients.

Operational Excellence

  • Activating the right account and specialty teams (creative, earned,digital/social and strategy) at the right time within each targeted pursuit
  • Identifying barriers to anchor client growth and proposing viable solutions tomitigate.
  • Identifying gaps or required augmentations in platform offerings relative tothe competitive market.
  • Working with Inizio Evoke key account management to better understandgaps in competitive offerings and relationships that are dissatisfied to identifyopportunistic points of entry.
  • Creating mechanism for regular feedback and discussion on evolving andperfecting new business pursuit evaluation, processes, pitches and post-pitch evaluation.

Team Leadership

  • In partnership with IE Comms and Growth leadership, working to upskill ourexecutives and teams on exceptional pitch processes, experiences, KPIs, andways of working.
  • Leading and mentor a team of innovative and curious client serviceprofessionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and growthmindsets.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of training programsthat improve the team's skills and capabilities when it comes to organicgrowth and new client acquisition.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that's why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

Compensation

$235,000-$300,000 USD
